Description

Delicious, and homemade Bircher’s Muesli recipe, with fresh fruit and flaked almonds – Delicious! You can learn how to do it the long, and the short way with this easy recipe!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or apple juice)
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 apple, grated

 

Topping Suggestions: 

Flaked almonds, pecan nuts, banana, honey, Berries, Seeds, Cinnamon, Apple


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, cover the bowl with cling wrap and allow to soak for one hour (short version) in the fridge or overnight (long version)
  2. Serve with a drizzle of honey, flaked almonds and seasonal fruit.
