Delicious, and homemade Bircher’s Muesli recipe, with fresh fruit and flaked almonds – Delicious! You can learn how to do it the long, and the short way with this easy recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or apple juice)
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 apple, grated
Topping Suggestions:
Flaked almonds, pecan nuts, banana, honey, Berries, Seeds, Cinnamon, Apple
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, cover the bowl with cling wrap and allow to soak for one hour (short version) in the fridge or overnight (long version)
- Serve with a drizzle of honey, flaked almonds and seasonal fruit.
