An easy recipe for a fresh loaf cake in under an hour. Add some of your own flair to make it more interesting!
Ingredients
- 210g margarine
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Beat margarine and sugar till creamed.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add flour and milk alternatively.
- Add vanilla.
- Add baking powder.
- Pour into a greased tin.
- Bake at 180-185°C for 45 minutes.
