Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli, broken up into bite-sized pieces
- 6–8 strips bacon, cooked crispy
- 1 apple, peeled and grated,
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 red onion, diced finely
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts (optional)
- 125ml mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix it all the salad ingredients together. Eat and savour!
