Food Amount Substitute
Rosemary
1 tsp 1 tsp Thyme, tarragon, or savoury
Raisins
1 tbsp 1 tbsp Currants, dried cherries, dried cranberries, chopped dates or chopped prunes
Red Pepper Sauce
3 or 4 drops 1/8 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
Rice
1 cup regular, uncooked 1 cup uncooked brown rice OR 1 cup uncooked wild rice
