This recipe is tried and tested let me tell ya! The cake is simply delicious and it’s a one bowl wonder – you literally put all the ingredients in the bowl, mix and pour into the tin and bake! The Meringue icing takes a little more time although it’s still easy as pie!! Enjoy!
