I adapted this recipe from Fair Lady December 2012. I must say the recipe scared me a little, it sounded quite technical but I was desperate to make it. Roulades are simpler than I thought actually…the recipe just sounded daunting. What you see below is my simplified, user-friendly version. Enjoy!
