The quick tomato pasta dish my kids frequently ask (beg) me to make! The beauty of this dish is how effortless it is. Everything cooks in one pot, using simple pantry staples, and it’s on the table in under 15 minutes. No juggling multiple pans, no complicated steps, no long simmer times. Just easy, creamy, tomato-rich goodness.

It’s perfect for:
- a quick weekday lunch
- an after-school snack that actually fills them up
- a light dinner when you want something warm and familiar
And if you’re catering for different tastes, this recipe is wonderfully flexible. It’s delicious with or without the cream, so you can easily adapt it based on what you have on hand — or how indulgent you’re feeling.
It really works well with small pasta, so think risoni, elbow macaroni, alphabet shapes, small shell pasta etc.
