This delicious platter of hummus and chickpeas, loaded with salad, is one of my favourite dishes for entertaining – and it’s perfect for vegans too! Firstly, it looks so pretty and secondly it’s completely and utterly moreish. It feeds 4-6 adults as a starter / appetiser and I highly recommend it for your next book club / dinner club / wine club / art club / anything-club.
Drizzle with a vegan-friendly dressing, serve with crackers of your choice and voila! Fresh, healthy goodness on a platter!
